SSG James Ralph Banks was survived by his mother Nola Adams Banks (d/o Alex Adams and Ida Hampton Adams),
father Otis Banks (1917-1971), siblings Otis Banks, Ronnie Joe Banks (1942-1994), Glyndon Ray Peppers,
Linda Fay (Peppers) Armitage, and Glenda Joyce Peppers.
He is buried in Isom Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Isom, Letcher County, Kentucky.
